The pool was closed, and we had no notification until we arrived.
The location is difficult to access.
There was a lot of construction, so we couldn't even access stairs or elevator in the area of breakfast. We had to head to the far end away from the breakfast, down the stairs, then go back.
The room was nice, the breakfast was good. Maybe it was just the timing of our visit, but communication of the construction would have been ideal since I was specifically looking for a pool with a hotel.

The room itself was in good clean condition but it would have been nice to know that the hotel was under construction. The lobby was a huge mess, the stairs they had us using had nails just laying around for someone to step on, there was maintenance gear and tarps everywhere that we had to avoid so we wouldn't trip and get hurt. Like that's seriously dangerous. Also, one of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub.. which are currently broken. Breakfast was good surprisingly to the rest of the hotel. Will be asking for a refund due to the conditions of the hotel. I was not impressed at all.

Breakfast is at 6am.
Construction starts at 7am even on Saturday and Sunday.
There is no hot water for showers. Pool and hot tub is closed
Rooms are a disaster and hallways are filled with construction materials and covered in dust.
We were charged a $90 deposit after checking in AND paying for our room. We could not get room keys without paying the deposit.
We stayed 4 nights total with no new towels or sheets. Our room was not serviced after asking the front desk. When we requested a refund for one night of our stay all we received was an apology.

The first room that they gave us when we arrived was in very poor repair. The furniture was broken and the carpeting had holes in it. We asked to exchange to another room and while it was slightly better it was still in poor shape. We could not get the t.v. to work. We were offered a third room but at that point we were tired and needed to get to bed for an early departure the next day. The pictures online do not accurately reflect the room conditions. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Well, the price was right. And the room was clean and was all I needed. But the facility is a bit run down (dents, scratches on the walls, stained carpet), the pool and hot tub were closed, and the breakfast was minimal.
