Night front desk guy wasnt very friendly and not very nice. And then morning the housekeepers and front desk ignored us at check out and were 3ft away. Not very pleasant.

I liked the hot tub and the swimming pool. The staff was wonderful! They tried very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible in spite of the fact that the water was shut off during the day on our last day. This was because of the ongoing remodel. I hope the remodel will include some landscaping, and replace the ugly, plastic green fence.

We have family in Post Falls, so Sleep Inn has been our place to stay for several years. Last year 2023, we had decided to not stay there anymore, it was dirty, staff obviously did not want to be there. BUT upon coming back this year, remodel taking place, very friendly attentive staff made it our go to place once again!!
