Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

We had a maintenance situation in our room, after our 1st night. Raymond took great care of us by getting the maintenance crew to our room ASAP. When it couldn't be resolved quickly, he made sure to get us another room ready immediately and personally made sure it was ready for us. He was so nice and helpful!

My husband and I stayed there for one night while traveling through the area. We booked the room in advance through Hotels.com and chose the option that we would be bringing a pet. When we got there, the hotel was surprised that we had a pet with us and had to change the room that they were going to put us in. We then found out that although the details on Hotels.com said the pet fee was $25 we were charged a $40 fee. When we entered the room, it smelled musty and faintly like pet odors. The faucet in the bathroom leaked really bad and overall I think the room needed some maintenance and updating. It was an OK stay and the bed was fairly comfortable. They did have a very nice selection on their complementary breakfast. All the staff that we interacted with were very friendly, kind and provided excellent customer service.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The laundry was not working. This was not reported prior to check-in. The fitness area was out-of-order. This was not reported prior to check-in. Areas of the room needed a deep cleaning.

Was an older facility that looked as though it had been run down and brought back to a point that it was just good enough to be used. Things were broken, dirty, and sometimes missing. Not much staff and what little there was seemed for the most part to be not well enough trained to or interested in doing their jobs. For the most part their appearance alone told you they were not going to be of any help. You certainly were not getting your moneys worth here, for about the same price I could have stayed in a lot nicer place. This place was not as represented by the pictures or ratings on Expedia. Was the first time using this kind of service and will probably be the last.

The hot breakfast is nice, but is exactly the same everyday. The room was clean but the carpet could use some cleaning or replacing. All in all I would stay here again.
