The room was clean but the booking said that the room had a bathtub, swimming pool, fitness room, and a buffet breakfast which none of these were available to us. It took 10 minutes to get hot water at the room and the door handle on the bathroom was broken and part was missing. When we got to our room there was 2 bath towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel and no toilet paper had to go to the desk and ask for these items. Could use better lights in the bathroom . We were very disappointed in the facilities.

When we arrived at the Rhodeway in the lobby seemed clean and well kept. But when we went to the 3 rd floor There were lots of questionable people. When we got to our room There was a broken chair the tv didnt work the bathroom sink was broken And there was burgers on the wall also the pool was not open and that was not stated when we checked in. I immediatly asked for a refund Which the front desk would not refund because we used expedia and not choice for one of our rooms. I would say expedia needs to take this Rhodeway hotel off the travel app. I give this hotel 1 star. I would not recommend at all.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. Hallway smelled strange. Room was poor. Zero towels in room, didn't notice until about 3am. Zero kleenex. Bed was super hard on the edge and so worn out in the middle you just rolled towards the center. Broken tiles in bathroom. Fridge worked. Never turned on tv. Curtains were too long over the A/C unit that all air blowing would just go up window and not out in room.

Staff was friendly, parking easy and seemed secure. Exterior of building a bit run down but just needed a shower and a bed - not looking for anything fancy - and room appeared clean, However, woke up with bites on back and legs. Guests on either side of room were extremely noisy. "Hot" water for tea/coffee was luke warm.
Not a breakfast person, but options limited to waffles and cereal - settled for peanut butter on bread - no fruit options. Again, just looking for a shower and a bed.

Staff friendly and accommodating since I had booked this same day for my dad/stepmom to attend state wrestling. Very rough and overpriced for what it is. Dirty, torn furniture in lobby and in room. Breakfast was cereal, toast and make your own waffle with dirty waffle iron. Parking was good/close to building.

This was a terrible experience. The pictures online were NOT a true representation of the actual place. It was so run down and disgusting. There was trash the beds were disgusting the bathroom was a mess and the breakfast was absolute trash! We didn’t even stay there. Felt very unsafe
