Great night's sleep. Clean facilities. Room was comfortable, the breakfast selection had great variety!

I stay here at least four times a year when visiting my son in Dyersburg. I have always been pleased with cleanliness, welcoming staff, price fairness etc. this keeps me returning as opposed going to a competitive hotel nearby.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Maid service not good. Arrives very sleepy and once in bed noticed what looked like dog hair all over the top comforter. Half the towels in the bathroom were missing too.

The young man that worked the morning shift was very pleasant and courteous, breakfast is always good, and the housekeeping staff ensures that you have everything that you need. It is a nice and comfortable hotel, but there are a few minor things that I hope they keep up with so the hotel continues to look nice, clean, and maintained.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years, but it seems like the property is going down lately. I'm actually a bit concerned about the elevator - it clanks and groans and doesn't seem well maintained. The room was bit lacking in maintenance as well. The staff is very friendly, and the service is good, and it's in a nice quiet area.
