We had a wonderful visit.
We were in Charles City for a funeral. Lots of family. The hotel was super clean, beds comfy, breakfast great. But the staff was amazing! Both Sunday afternoon and Monday morning (sorry I don't have names.) Both gals were friendly and so helpful and kind. I was traveling with my dog and a handicapped husband and they were so kind. I really appreciated that under the circumstances. ♥.
Easily accessible and pleasant stay.
My room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist was pleasant and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was better than other places I have stayed. Overall a pleasant stay with no complaints.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and very well kept rooms! Very nice breakfast! Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Staff was very helpful in grouping our family together. We especially enjoyed the use of the large common room by th 13 grandhildren (and some adults, and great grand children too). Only problem with the facilities was that our toilet was clogged when we first checked in. The staff unclogged it quickly but it left my germophobic wife uncomfortable with the facility for the remainder of our 3 night stay.

We were counting on the pool being open for our Thanksgiving family get together. Lots of kiddos would have enjoyed it. Nothing in the description let us know that the pool was down. Didn't find out until check in.

Very clean hotel property. I have stayed here with my family on more than one occasion and will do so again. Very good continental breakfast, also. Clean, comfortable room.
