We were able to check in early, however we had no pillows in our room & no remote for the tv. Kiddie pool was not operational. Staff was helpful.

Stay was ok. Hated the fact they needed to hold 250 per room, couldn’t bring in my cup cakes, the kiddie pool sprinkler didn’t work, the door to my room wouldn’t lock and could barely open/close but had no trouble switching rooms. Kids above me were up running around loud til about 2am. Kids still had fun at the pool breakfast was ok

I was very disappointed with the state of my room. The floor was sticky and the carpet was visibly dirty, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the amenities are outdated; there is no access to Netflix, YouTube, or any other streaming services on the TV. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and modern convenience for the price.

My stay was terrible at check in the clerk was very rude with a horrible attitude and had the nerve to yell at me like I was a child then what makes that even worse I paid to stay there so my little grandkid can play in the sprinkler and it was out of order didn’t even work they say it hasn’t been working in a year if I would’ve known that I would’ve never booked here I will not go there again I had a bad experience

The bathroom wasn’t clean and I was taken a back. It appeared as if the entire shower surround wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. The inside of the toilet had a 1” urine ring in it also. There are pot holes up the road and entering the parking lot. I would only stay here if it was the only place open.
