We stayed in a remodeled room and it was nice.

When I arrived to the hotel, I didn’t feel welcomed. I think one lady was the manager and she just looked mean. I had just booked my stay there due to another hotel not having a working pool. I also had been to this hotel a previous time and had a good experience. However this second experience was not good. When I got into my room soon as I open the door there was a spill that looked half dried up (maybe coffee). And there were crumbs on the floor. That made me feel they did not clean the room at all, so I can only imagine the bathroom probably wasn’t even touched and who knows if the bedding was even fresh. When I informed the staff of the cleanliness, she wrote it down on paper and said she noted it for housekeeping. She then proceeded to tell me “but if the crumbs are bothering you that bad then I will give you a vacuum.” I paid my money for a clean room not a dirty one. Why wouldn’t it bother me???? Who wants crumbs and dirt present from the previous people??? The pool did work and my kids enjoyed themselves although the sprinkler part in the kiddie pool did not come on. When i was getting ready to lay down for the night, I got up one more time to get something, and I instantly saw a roach on the counter by the coffee maker, and when I turned the light on two baby roaches came running out. I instantly got me and my kids out of there because that is just a no for me. Oh and not to mention the hotel gave Expedia a hard time approving a full refund for me.

When I got here at 5pm, my room (king) was not ready. The clerk said that they are short housekeeping help and my room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. When I got into another room (2 Queens) there were a few bugs on the floor in the entry and bathroom.

Its quite the staff was very nice helped me when needed.

My toilet didn’t work. They had someone come out but it stopped working again. The tub was dirty the shower floor shall I say. The tv didn’t work and you had to blast the heat for it to get hot. I expressed all of this to the two front desk ladies. One that night and one the next morning.

It was a very good service facility

The room was very nice. When we had a problem, the staff quickly put us into another room, which was even better. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kay, was especially cordial, nice, and professional. She was so helpful.

A great stay overall. Check in was easy and fast, they put a hold on your card for the $150 for incidentals so make sure to have one to cover that. Our room was very spacious and thats why I booked it especially. Beds were a tad hard, pillows were good. Pool was OK, I also booked this hotel because of the kiddie pool, the water was warm but the sprinkler didn't work, my grandgirl was disappointed. Other pool was pretty small, there was a lot of kids so it was very loud in that small space. Breakfast was hot, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, 3 different kinds of sausages, biscuits and gravy as well. Loved it!

The staff was helpful for the most part. However we had to change rooms twice because the first two rooms had a leaking toilet. The maintenance guy left and said he’d comeback and never did. We had to call again and that’s when they said they’d change our room. We tested the 2nd room same issue. They did allow us to check the third room before assigning. The room looked tidy but the bathroom didn’t look very clean. This was the same for all three rooms. The pool door was kept open and it caused the place to get stuffy. The halls and elevators smelled bad.

Room looked updated and was generally clean. Details like the bed skirt, corners, clock radio, air conditioning unit needed a good amount of additional cleaning. Bed sheets, towels, shower, floors, refrigerator, Keurig were all very well kept. Elevator had lots of smears on the stainless steel but the breakfast area was very nice and the food was good, hot, and plentiful.
