I had a great stay but there was no hot water for my shower.
Shower water took 7 minutes in 205, door keys not work on 217.
Work seems slow to improve everything, but hopefully water and key problems will be fixed. Nice staff, though.

Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, not great. One thing that bothered the most was seeing the breakfast attendant using the same cleaning rag to wipe the chairs and tables after use, and then using the same rag to wipe down the breakfast area. She wiped the pots holding the food, the counter, the spoon rests, and everything else in that area. This was concerning due to being unhygienic, specially after wiping the table used by guests with a sick child.

Staff was kind and helpful; I especially enjoyed the young lady serving us in the evening! My roommate and I had never stayed at a place where they called 10 minutes after we got upstairs to see if all was well. That was nice. Room was good, bed comfortable. Should have more than one person working the desk, as they also were the one to pick up at the airport. A few of us were waiting around for someone to come back and I was a bit confused because no one was there! I asked about it in the morning and was told they were renovating, thus the one employee. I wouldn't feel safe being all alone and having no one covering the desk when the employee was out isn't good. That didn't impress me.

For the price, I thought this was a good value. Some amenities were not in the room, but available either at the front desk or in the lobby. The breakfast bar offered a good variety of food and drinks to choose from.

The staff are all kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was very well maintained with a good selection of food options and good coffee available 24 hours. The rooms are small but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin,

I needed a close room by the airport. This hit the mark. It was clean, quiet, perfect for my overnight stay. The breakfast was great the next morning. Would definitely stay again if my travel plans warrent it.
