Wonderful ADA Hotel
Our first stay and will look for other Sleep Inns to stay in during our trips! It was very clean, warm and had plenty of room to walk our dogs! The breakfast food was very good. The area was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bedding and towels were great. The floors in the room were dirty, bathrooms/shower area yukky. Shower had mold. Carpeting in hallways and ice machine is gross. The staff was fine. The place needs an overhaul. Way over priced for condition.

Staff was nice! We checked in late after a race at Bowman Gray. The room was clean and the beds cozy!

The woman at the front desk would not allow Adolfo to check in because he left his ID at the house. I called to let her know that it was in fact him and the room was paid for so she could allow him to check in. It was 11PM, this was a business trip, and the room was paid for on a business credit card. I understand the policy, but on top of that, the woman was incredibly rude and hung up on me while I was trying to reason with her. It should not be this difficult to book a room for employees. I have a feeling that had he been white and not hispanic, we would not have had this issue.
