It was okay for my two night stay.
It would have been nice to have been alerted that it was under renovation. It was Construction Zone. The room was clean and had adequate accommodations. I was disappointed with the Breakfast Bar. I think that it would have appropriate to offer a discount to stay there during the Reno. Hopefully, things will improve when the work is completed.

It was a cheap clean hotel room. There were quite a few homeless individuals hanging out by the entrance driveway but there is not much the management would be able to do about this so it is what it is. The staff were friendly and the hotel room entrance is within a hallway so it was safe in that regard. I probably would spend a little more for a safer location but it worked.

Sadly we checked out after 3 of our 4 nights.
Property is under renovation (not mentioned in ad) and hallway carpet was filthy.
Rooms were okay, but we had to be moved as air conditioner was not working in first room, but then safe and fridge not working in second room.
They placed us by the back door which has a broken closure and it banged open/shut all hours. There was a party in the room on the second night and it wasn’t dealt with. Hotel was loud, we had to buy earplugs. No housekeeping and I was told I had to ask for that. (Not mentioned when I checked in)
We had enough and checked out one night early to find another hotel. No refund given after repeated messages to the hotel.
Stay elsewhere if you can.
