Room smelled like wet dog. Bath tub was filthy, clearly not been cleaned well. The AC didn't work well, nor did the mini fridge. Also kept hearing loud banging noises coming from somewhere near the room all night long. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Last option if stranded.

This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking lot, unclean and an overall feeling of being unsafe. I tried to give 0 stars but i cant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I choose a smoking room but they did not have ashtray available not at office or the room. Room had a bad smell and the bed sheets were dirty and had holes in them!

Room was very clean & spacious. Nice bed, good amenities, good Wifi. Staff was professional & friendly.

Building was falling apart and the rooms were nasty from ceiling to floor.

For starters No breakfast. Second the lady at the front desk was so rude she already had 3 ppl waiting in the lobby cause she had attitude and don’t let them stay. I went up to the desk to check in and she was I guess pissed off already and was being rude to me for no reason I told her she needs to check her attitude and she was like I don’t have to rent you the rm here your id. And called the cop on everyone in the lobby. Like idk if it was a scam cause I book it online and didn’t get the coverage for cancellation or get you money back cause she knew if she didn’t give us a rm we couldn’t get a refund. So I advise ya don’t stay here if you don’t have money for another rm somewhere else or if you didn’t get pay for the money back cause they will take your money and call the cops on you. And ban you from the hotel

The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms.

I couldn't even check in. The place is rundown. The parking lot alone looked like a rough place to be. I didn't feel safe with people fighting in the parking lot, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. I was asked for change before I could close my car door.

I encountered big house roaches crawling around, feces at the top of the stairs—showing clear signs of repeated occurrences—that I unfortunately stepped in. The blankets and sheets were riddled with burn holes throughout, while all linens (towels, washcloths included) were stained a disgusting urine-yellow shade. The TV remote didn't work at all. It was genuinely horrible, but due to booking through a third party, I had no choice but to stay or get nothing. Unless you're desperate, do not support this business—avoid at all costs! I have photos of every issue.
