The hotel would not honor my reservation. We had a medical emergency when we arrived in Eau Claire and couldn't check in until the next morning. When I explained what happened they refused to let me use the reservation I had already paid for and wanted me to book and pay again.

I was quite disappointed in our room. We had a view of the roof, a dirty toilet and broken toilet seat that actually pinched my butt cheek once. When I reported it the lady at checkout said, "yes we have a work order in to repair it". Disappointing that they were comfortable enough to rent out a room with a broken toilet seat.
