Best Western Alpenglo in Winter Park was overall great! Nothing really to complain about. Would like to see an upgrade to the mattresses, specifically room 209. Felt a little worn and were squeaky while sleeping. Affected getting good quality sleep. Everything else was great and will always be a choice for staying while in WP! Thank you!

Staff person who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. Staff person who checked us out said she could not give us a receipt because we made the reservation through Expedia.

Great staff, great location, room was quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast is excellent. Our dog friendly room was located close to an exit on ground floor to facilitate our needs. Outstanding stay, we will definitely stay in this motel again.
