Always a great experience
When I come to West Palm Beach, this is my go to hotel. Always clean, friendly and courteous staff, not too mention the great breakfast. I have never had an issue staying at the Best Western Palm Beach Lakes.

The service was outstanding "in particular" Ron at the service desk deserves a lot more responsibility such as team lead and/or upper level management training. In addition, both breakfast host was outstanding and overall I really enjoyed my stay. Sincerely, Ron Everett Columbia, SC.

Very nice hotel!! It’s SUPER close to everything (target is literally next door) really enjoyed it, we will definitely be staying again when we come to West Palm Beach!
