When I come to West Palm Beach, this is my go to hotel. Always clean, friendly and courteous staff, not too mention the great breakfast. I have never had an issue staying at the Best Western Palm Beach Lakes.

Booked an over night stay to port out for a cruise the next day and when I say from check in to check out the process was smooth. It gets better….
My room was SOOO CLEAN… coming from a germ-a-phobe I am particular when it comes to cleanliness and I had to go back to the front desk and thank them for an immaculate room. I knew from the time I watched one of the workers mom the floor in the motion she was mopping that they were clean but this topped my expectations.
