I didn’t get her name but she was at the front desk on Thursday 2/19/26 at 5:15 when we checked in. She was extremely nice. She was at the front desk again on Friday and Saturday and putting out the Breakfast food both mornings. She was a very hard worker and always smiling.

The location was very convenient to alot of stores and restaurants, 15 minutes from downtown area. Decent breakfast and nice size rooms. Limited parking and did not like the metal bed frame that made noise any time you moved. Overall good.

Room was clean, shower was great. Only negative was check in and the gentleman who was doing that was less than friendly and acted as if it was bothering him to check people in.

Just for awareness for others, the room I stayed in smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Not overly enjoyable. Interesting because I had to sign a waiver stating I would not smoke in the room. So, if you are sensitive to stale cigarette smell then you should avoid this hotel.

The person at the check-in desk was extremely friendly and personable! We were originally roomed next to a guest who had several cats and was smoking, and the smells of both were very strong. The desk staff was able to move us to a different room a few doors down which was a big improvement that we were very grateful for, though we did see a staff member throw something at one of the cats which was upsetting. Breakfast was surprisingly expansive and much appreciated.

Concrete step completely missing going up to my room . Someone not paying attention is going to get seriously hurt .
Check out : checked out early am. Rang the bell two separate times , nobody came to the window.
Very very noisy road right out front. Lots of road noise all night long
