The room was comfortable and the water pressure was great!

Stayed for one night with family in two rooms. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The property itself looks dated, but it seems that the rooms have been updated pretty well. The rooms are clean, but the beds aren’t super comfortable. The bed we slept in made loud squeaking noises every time we moved, so it was difficult to get a good sleep. Breakfast was fine, not amazing, not bad.

Breakfast was not great. They put a security deposit on your bill. No warning about this. Desk clerk barely spoke English.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Air conditioning worked fine even though it was very hot outside. Rooms were very clean. I liked that they switch around the breakfast menu every morning.

This day was not anything close to what was expected or told to be. The price is astronomically high For what you get and they charge you as much as the Hyatt , marriot , and surrounding resorts/ hotels. I was completely dishatisfied as well as with the service. Upon check in it took at least 45 minutes to check in because we were told our room had been canceled even though we called hours in advance to let them know we would be there at AROUND 3:00 a.m. we got there at 3:30 and she said you said around 3:00 a.m. so we canceled it. The towels had brown marks not just one but at least four of the towels that we had to swap out. On the last day we had to swap out the last how we had my son was already in the shower when we noticed the towel was dirty I ran to the front desk and they said they literally had not even just one clean tile completely unsanitary the refrigerator was hot for the first day or so We turned it all the way up eventually got cold but started leaking The air conditioner was not working but it was " working" to its full extent and leaking. Definitely far from what we were expecting for as much as we paid We will definitely not be returning tonight expect a full refund. We let them know and on the reservation there was five of us there was only two double beds and we had to buy a air mattress and basically sleep on the floor for our final out-of-state tournament as a team. This was so embarrassing and uncomfortable My back/hip hurts and we have rashes.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Best western. It had everything we needed. The hot tub in the room and also having a smoking room really made our time there comfortable and relaxed. The big screen tv was excellent we were able to stream all our services no problem. The only downfall furniture needs updating and carpeting. We will stay again.
