Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

Lincoln at front desk is amazing! Helpful, responsive, pleasant and great PR for this BW site.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Clean room, great breakfast and BEAUTIFUL paintings on the wall! Love it!

Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean facility.

The bed and room were great!

Beds were so comfortable and front desk so Curteous Thanks for the best stay!

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel and they had an extensive menu listed for easy reading. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Night staff was very condescending when we asked for them to switch our room as the air conditioning was not working up to par. Insinuated as if us turning the air down to 60 when the room was 80 degrees was our fault. Once they moved our room to the one right next door the thermostat sat at 66 and the cooling was excellent. Obviously there was an issue with the air in the first room when the lobby is cooler than the room. Also if you don’t like a citrus smelling body wash take your own. The food however at breakfast was very good, but they need to provide at least a bowl of ice in the breakfast area as the juice was warm temperature at best. They should also consider going to cartons of milk in their cooler versus a decanter sitting on the counter. Please also note there is no ice machine on the first floor. Morning staff was more pleasant and the room was clean. I would rate the experience overall about a 3.5 stars.

Our room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had a huge variety of things to choose from!

Will stay again, as staff was nice and hotel clean

Clean, better than average continental breakfast. Loved having a ground floor room with my dogs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
