The shower was either freezing cold or scaulding hot. Not worth the price!

An excellent place to stay.

If you get your kicks on Route 66 but don't want to sacrifice comfort and convenience stay here. The hotel staff and management have done a great job preserving the charm of this historic property. Among the classic cars, gas pumps and signs are comfortable beds, compact modern appliances and a clean room. The furnishings were classic but in good repair. The rooms are original and well in good shape. The staff were very neighborly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but well prepared, served in a roadside diner decor. I enjoyed my stay despite a slight plumbing hiccup (stopped toilet) which was attended to immediately. It is an older property after all. I like visiting these gems of the past without worrying about sub standard service. I frequently stay at Best Western hotels because I am guaranteed comfort, cleanliness and excellent service.

We were traveling with three dogs and found the room to be quite adequate, clean and just the right place to catch some shut eye!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, loved the nostalgic decor!

I loved staying at this motel. To see a place built in 1938 look so good and well kept. I traveled Rt. 66 when I was a kid. Just knowing the history of this place made my stay really fun!

So quaint... takes you back in time for just a moment. Clean, comfortable & warm. Only downside was that the tv remote did not work, even after changing out the batteries. Loved the grab & go breakfast- giving you all you need to start the day! Definitely would stay again.
