We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.
The Hayes Mansion was convenient, comfortable, clean and unique. Loved all the beautiful sitting rooms with fireplaces. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday Stay!
The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. The service was prompt and professional and room rates were very reasonable even on a holiday weekend. The room was comfortable and beds were cozy. The breakfast buffet was fresh with healthy choices available.
Excellent staff and clean rooms.
The staff helped me out by linking my two reservations so that I would not have to pack up and change rooms.

We didn’t have a good stay. The heat was not working in the hotel. The breakfast that was offered was awful. There was no room service. The hotel is rundown and overpriced.

We needed a hotel to stop at for the night from traveling and we chose this hotel and I'm so glad we did. It was stunning from the outside to the inside. It was relaxing, couldn't hear anyone and the beds were actually comfy which is rare. I'm so bummed we only stayed one night but would stay here for a weekend next trip.

Cozy, clean and great staff! Dennis was amazing and set the standard from the minute we arrived. He was super friendly and informative . The staff at the hotel restaurant was equally pleasant. We will definitely stay here next time we visit San Jose.
