My view of this hotel.
I have been staying here for at least the last 10 yrs, the breakfast is not what it used to be, the pool was not the cleanest, staff was friendly and nice.
Poor housekeeping and food.
The staff at the front desk were excellent, professional, friendly and helpful. I loved the welcome with my name on the TV screen. However, the rooms were never cleaned and the breakfast food was poor and we had no electricity in the bedroom and bathroom.

The hotel was a great stay for a weekend getaway. For the price that I paid for, I had low expectations but when I entered the room that I was staying in I was amazed. So clean and spacious and the bathroom was modern. Definitely will try to stay here again and maybe I’ll bring my pet with me.

When we checked in and went to our assigned room, it had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they reassigned us a second room. When we went up to our second room, it was also not clean. The front desk then assigned us a third room; it had not been cleaned. Finally, the fourth room was clean and we settled in. Only thing was, our room was situated next to the housekeeping, so the next morning at 8 AM we heard them banging around and washing all the sheets so it was quite noisy. I felt sorry for the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and apologetic, and I know this was not her fault.
