I was traveling with my dogs and the clerk made sure to get me close to the door because one of them was wearing the dreaded cone of shame and I was worried that his constantly scraping it down the hall would disturb other guests. She was so friendly and accommodating, even at the late hour that I checked in. 100% would stay here again.

Stayed in a family suite so we could have separate spaces after traveling 15 hours. Remote did not work on one of the TVs and the desk staff had to come up. Remote could not be corrected so he found another one stating that the TVs were new but the remotes very old and taped. Furniture is peeling but clean. Breakfast was not good - eggs were some kind of mystery and were cold. One of the family had to use the restroom while eating and the bathrooms were locked. I asked the front desk for a key and she said they were out of order so we had to scurry all the way back to our room trying to balance the plates of food we had intended to eat at the table.
