Lovely Hotel
I loved everything about this hotel. We were greeted by Jean, who remembered us from a year ago. The check/in was quick and Dayana was sweet. Mo was kind and efficient bringing our bags down at checkout. Pete, in the restaurant, was very sweet and patient as we didn’t know the menu well.

Exceptional Stay!
Our room was immaculate and spacious. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, with loads of soft and fluffy pillows! The water in the shower was powerful and hot felt amazing! And the location of the hotel AT the mall was PERFECT! I LOVED being able to access the mall directly from the hotel! Having Starbucks in the lobby was awesome! The service and help from the front desk staff was excellent and most appreciated. It was my first stay, but not my last! Enjoyed the entire stay.

The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.

Clean room. Very quiet. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of outside parking fences and gated. Nice pool. Not concerned about shops nearby. We stayed there because the bus to Daytona 500 is always convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for your next stay. Stayed here many times.
