Community location made me feel unsafe. I decided to drive and extra hour. I refused to spend the night. And subsequently was denied a refund, stating that I didn't comply with the cancellation policy.

This hotel/motel is close to FSU campus, but charges rates as if it was a four star hotel, and it is not. Thin walls and moldy smelling carpet. Minimal breakfast.

Staff was accommodating, kind, helpful, friendly.. received a welcome bag upon arriving. Rates were reasonable. Location was perfect and close to the FSU campus. Will definitely return to this hotel & will also recommend to all!!
