Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

Hotel is Beautiful and well maintained. Staff is most helpful and friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the view was spectacular. Highly recommend.

Cleaning was hard to get by. Either was too early or was when we were at the room. Everything is super expensive, but we all know everything is expensive at Key West. Self parking is $45 a day…. Not too bad. The hotel has great views but the beach you can’t get to it other than by the pier. They have some stairs. Breakfast is $39 per person!!!! Best thing was the coffee place by the lobby and the pool. Super friendly staff at the pool.

We had a couple of delays and were able to get late check out which helped out so much. The staff was so helpful during our entire visit.

The staff were not the most friendliest. We met one pool guy that was amazing tho! The hotel did not disclose how many extra fees there were after booking it. You get charged 60.00 every time you use the parking lot. You get a charge for each coffee pod you use. You get a charge for using anything else besides just sleeping in the room. Nothing else is included. We were told there was no trolleys to the property. The rooms at night are loud due to a large space under the doors. Bikes and scooters and any fun activity is all extra. The hotel is beautiful due to the history behind it! I would stay at another hotel the next time just because with our 2200 room booking then an after charge of another 400 is too much for nothing extra unless you are a Hilton rewards member.

This trip to the key West was fantastic amazing and very satisfied. My husband did really good about booking this resort I would definitely come back again. I love all the staff the bartenders the kitchen was delicious the pool side was amazing.
