Room was nice and very clean. Disappointed that there was no small fridge in the room (although friends with us had a fridge in their room) and the TV in the living room did not work. Overall a good stay.

Always a good stay here. Must have stayed here almost 100 times over the last 25 years! Wi-Fi is free and breakfast included is very good! Good location for a trip to visit family and go shopping and sightseeing!

Very conveniently located , with a great view of the Manhattan skyline. The Lincoln harbour ferry makes it very easy to reach the city in no time. The Italian restaurant was great for some authentic Italian food. The wait time for a table for breakfast needs to be improved

I am not satisfied with the value of what I got compared to the price paid. Asset: ideal location for visiting Manhattan. Points to improve: the room was old, the light was so dim that we couldn't see anything in the room in the evening, wifi is chargeable (who still does that today?).

Low floor room even checkin early, no view, pool is tiny no changing room, charge me extra WIFI fee! Terrible website for WIFI login, I don't know where go wrong but got charge US$10 per night for WIFI!
