Best hotel in the area
My stay was great. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and completely. The bed was comfortable; everything was clean and neat. Pillows and bedding smelled fresh. Had a hard time with the settings on the Air unit, but that might have had more to do with the weather being bi polar, than the unit itself! Can't complain at all.

This was a great place to stay! The staff was exceptional and the room was also. The hotel was clean, up to date and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The hotel was pretty clean, and the breakfast was decent (coffee was really good for a hotel!). The main issue with the hotel is that the walls were so thin that every night I was either kept awake until late at night or awakened by people in the other rooms. For that reason, I would probably look for other accommodations on another visit. The hotel itself, however, was fine. Staff was always pleasant. And I enjoyed the gym.

The staff was pretty good. The door to the room was open when we got there. Not because they opened it, but because it needed to be pulled shut from the outside or pushed from the inside. The bathroom door in the room did not latch. Thankfully everyone knew that if the door was shut, it meant it was occupied. They had a text message system in place however, nothing came of it when we tried. It was best to just go to the front desk. At breakfast, they were out of most things. Through all of this, the staff were very pleasant.

I had everything I hoped for in this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk went way out of their way to help with everything from recommendations to a copy when we needed it.

Ice machine did not work, stairway dirty.
Rooms older but well maintained.
Slept well and the room temperature was great.
Would I recommend, yes.
