While linens were clean, the floors in rooms, hallways, elevators were not. The free breakfast did not look appetizing and was very sparse. The "hot" water and coffee were luke warm at best. Many repairs were needed around the entire hotel from the entrance way where you had to pull open the sliding doors and there were no luggage carts.

roaches everywhere, every layer of bedding was dirty with yellow stains everywhere. When I requested for extra pillows( only 3 on a king bed) they staff said they didn’t have any extra pillows. There wasn’t housekeeping staff so
I had to pick up clean sheets at the front desk. there was mold in the bathroom and the ceiling was coming apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

We arrived tired and late after a long day of travel. The first room they tried to put us in stunk of mildew and had dirty sheets. The second room had a live roach in the tub. We stayed in the third room because it was actually clean and we were too tired to get another ride share. The water is full of rust visible in the toilet water and sink water. If we had our car with us we would’ve never stayed here.
