Room was not ready at three check in time.
Was disappointed this time my room was not ready at three at check in. It was more for I asked for a late check out. All I can do is 12 so I lost an hour on my reservations not satisfied with that not for the money that I paid.

I was surprised that there was no room servicing anymore. I was able to snag some towels. I know the pandemic messed up a lot of things, but still surprises me.
