Got sick n stayed 3 nights instead of 1 in Osceola vomiting and diarrhea

Rooms filthy with spider webs and dead bugs all over the floor and walls, THERE IS NO SPA OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ON THIS PROPERTY BEDSIDES YOUR BATHTUB WHICH WAS THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE!!!! Very unsatisfactory

Dated and stains on stuff. Otherwise seemed clean

We showed up late, at 9:30, no one was in the parking lot, but the lady at the front desk told me they only had one downstairs room left and she has the air on for us. Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long.

Room clean, bed was comfy my only complaint was the ac unit wouldn't power on but I didn't raise a fuss the weather was nice so the room stayed cool. Will definitely stay again, property was quieter than the almost 200 dollar a night hotel across the street from it

Good location, the room was large and the restaurant attached was very good.

It was exactly how you expect it to be for the price. Very nice staff very helpful. I'd stay here again

Room temperature was great even when we first walked in. Very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was very friendly and polite. Sure wish they had a coffee pot in the room. Other than that everything was great!
