Staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly and used text messages for confirmations and check out. The hotel was exactly what we expected. Very simple accommodations and that’s all we needed. The lobby was decorated so cute for Halloween, loved it!

The room was very stinky, I think the carpet needs cleaned. Mold in bathtub also mold along grout on bathroom floor. We didn't use the shower because of that. The bed was totally uncomfortable, very hard and every time you would move it made alot noise. We left early couldn't stand the smell.

This place was dirty, old and the bed made so much noise if you moved it woke anyone sleeping in the room with you. Definitely not up to the Quality Inns I have stayed in before.the potholes were so deep in the parking lot I had to get my tire checked and fixed after hitting it at the wrong angle ☹️ Would not recommend, unless you are solely booing on price alone

Convenient to the interstate. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Hallways smelled and bathroom and carpet in room was very dingy. But beds were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was bad from day one. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was the main reason I booked this property. The clerk gave me keys to a dirty / occupied room that was smoked in. The new room was okay, but everything in the hotel was run down or in need of repair or replacing. The water in the bathtub would not turn off, so it ran all night long. Carpet in the hallway was filthy. None of the side doors / emergency exits closed all the way or locked. So they were open 24/7. Whomever runs this place is poorly misrepresenting "Quality Inn".

I have stayed here previously and the property has seriously gone downhill. There is NO security. You can enter any outside door without a card key, there are no boxes - they have been removed, used to have them. Three times during my one week stay when I returned to my room, my card key did not work and I had to walk all the way down to the front desk to have them re-keyed - they never once asked to see my ID. The second time, she actually asked me if I wanted her to re-key the cards! Obviously they had to be re-keyed in order for me to enter the room. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
