Pubes in the bathtub and around the toilet, used band-aid on the back of the toilet seat. We were offered a different room when we brought this to the front desk but there was an actual poop in the toilet of the new room so we just stayed put. We were supposed to stay two nights but left in the morning after the first night.

I felt like an inconvenience to the desk person instead of a valued guest. He was brusque and made me repeat my answers like he wasn't listening. There was mold in the toilet and shower and something brown splattered on the inside of the bathroom door. There were no tissues or shampoo etc in the room. No breakfast. The pool was nicely heated, and I only saw one bandaid floating in it. As a customer without a dog, I would prefer not being near a room with a barking dog.

Very dirty, black mold in the bathtub, someone’s trash in the ice bucket, clogged sink. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the dude in the ‘casino’ was very nice.

No thermostat so when room overheated during the night had to get up multiple times to turn it off and then later on. Same case if the air conditioner was needed. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue. Had to go to lobby to get cups for coffee maker but wasn't told that at check in. Loud outside noise during the night. Refrigerator barely cooled.

The person who checked us in was very curt. Couldn’t get the tv to work. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. A light bulb over the sink was out, which isn’t a big deal, but in the morning the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling in front of the light fixture. Couldn’t tell if anything had been cleaned. Bed was not made nice. Surfaces were sticky. There were no shampoos, just bar soap. A room for four people was supplied with two small towels (not hand towels, they were just really small). The clerk on the morning was nice however. Will never go back, would not recommend.

The room seemed clean on first glance. It smelled a bit like someone had smoked in it before and they tried to cover it up not well. There was hair on the floor around the tub and in the bath tub before we even used it. The bar was ok if that's something you like to have close by. The location was good, near a lot of different restaurants. But you pay for what you get here. It was definitely not as nice as the website led on.
