I was visiting my nieces and family in Woodland over Christmas and Debbie Cromer truly made our entire stay magical and meaningful. From the moment we arrived, she was delightfully cheerful, welcoming and genuinely eager to help with any and all of our needs. Her positivity and kindness made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, bright and cheery. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added so much enjoyment to our stay. Our room was tidy, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—the fridge was absolutely perfect for what we needed during our visit. Thank you, Debbie, for your wonderful customer service and for going above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. We left the Best Western glowing and smiling from ear to ear. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

When staying 2 nights, I love the housekeeping service. I love to leave & come back to fresh towels & made up beds. Unfortunately, they were”short on housekeeping staff” so for the 2nd time staying here, we didn’t get it.
Breakfast is always good. Staff is always nice.

The spa and pool were down our whole visit. The window in our room looked out to a fence. Absolutely No sunshine could get in. Something in the hall was leaking therefore fans were running and messy.Beds were very uncomfortable.

Had to check in at 1, we went to a concert at the Cascades Amphitheater and it finished at midnight. Paid for the 2 x 2 queen bed rooms a month before hand. Was told the hotel had no vacancy and then asked if we had a reservation. The front desk person checked us in to our first room, sent the 2 staying in it off to bed, they came back immediately, the room hadn’t been cleaned, both beds stayed in, no clean towels. FD person found a clean room, sent those 2 off to bed around 1:30. Took another half hour, FD person called manager, manager told them to make beds by themselves as Only staff person there. By then another customer who had a reservation also was behind me waiting to check in also. FD went to check to see if room available was clean, came back and gave me the keys. By then it was 2am. One of the beds had been slept in. Dirty towels on the floor, all the soaps were open and in the shower. Toilet was clogged. I was just so glad to finally be in a room I slept I checked for bedbugs (negative) and slept in the I slept in bed, of course after taking pictures. At 11am housekeeping knocked on my door, which surprised me as they obviously hadn’t visited the day before. Moral of the story, the hotel has vacancy, it just hasn’t been cleaned! And they obviously don’t care about there over night worker because they don’t set them up for success!!! They had our reservations printed out, ready to be signed, but couldn’t bother to make sure the rooms had been cleaned!

This was a room booked for just a one night stay while on a girls trip visiting the area. I booked a 2 queen bed room and had to pay for it in full - no refunds. So I did, arrive at the hotel at 12:30 knowing that it is too early to check in, but thought I would ask because we were leaving to go to the wineries and dinner at 1pm and wouldn't be back until late. We were told no, but they noted that we would be a late check in. At 7pm before dinner we decided to go by and check in to get our room key. At that time told that they did not have our room available, tried to contact our booking site because they did not have my info. All they had was a Kind bed but that came with a fold out couch. Ok, well, don't really have another option so that will have to work. Fast forward to almost 10pm when we get back to the room. Pull out the couch to make up the bed, there is no bedding in the closet where that usually lives. Called the front desk to only leave a message. We are tired and decided to just deal with both of sleeping in the bed. About 10 minutes later, realize the window in the room with the curtains pulled close, is fully open. That's a little odd. In the morning the toilet stopped flushing... we left. I have stayed at many hotels. The price I paid for this horrible nights sleep was over $200. To blame is Hotels.com first and foremost, and the other part Best Western. The place is old and run down. Who cleans a room and leaves the window wide open?
