Ended up being a good experience
When we arrived, they did not have record that we needed a pet friendly room. We had called in the reservation to ensure this would happen. The person at the desk was very accommodating and we ended up getting the room with a king size bed, which was what we had reserved. The room was clean and comfortable and all in all, we had a good stay.

Room was clean beds comfortable. Halls and outside less clean, exterior door on our parking side would not u lock with key so always had to walk around. Didn’t use amenities. Breakfast was not very appealing. Staff when checked in was poor, when checked out was friendly. Be aware pet fee has gone up to $25, not $20 as listed.

The staff wasn’t at the desk, you had to call them to get help, the breakfast and coffee were ok, the chargers on the lamps near beds didn’t work, and you have to put down a $100 deposit in case you happen to be a jerk and mess up hotel rooms. Not a bad place, just needs to have staff at the desk, fix the chargers, and take the breakfast to the “next level.”
