we stayed here because the Holiday Inn Express was full. It was filthy, the carpet was dirty and linens stained.

We have stayed here in the past and found it very nice. This time we were not as impressed. The room was very humid. The fixtures were rusting, the carpet was damp from humidity and everything just looked like it was not being taken care of. We will not be staying here again.

The staff was helpful and nice. However the room we were supposed to stay in had a broken AC, so we had to stay in a different room. The hotel was very dirty. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned. The stairs in the lobby had not been cleaned. The breakfast was not very good at all. Needless to say, the entire hotel needs to do a lot of updating and cleaning. I would not stay here again.

The website listed a heated indoor pool as an amenity. The pool was closed by the health department, so we canceled and went elsewhere. So now I'm just out my money! I can't get a refund after May 19th and didn't find out about the pool issue until check in on May 22nd. Of course there's no phone number to talk to a person about this. I would never stay at that Inn again, or do business with Hotels.com. Rip off!
