The staff was alright, the lady that checked me in was really nice. The day I checked out on the 11th I took my dogs out to use the bathroom about 7 or 7:30 am I couldn't get back in my room so I called front desk, the woman says oh my God did you put the key card in pocket with cellphone I say no I had to take my dogs to the front desk with me she asked me you're still checking out right. I said yes ma'am I am. I didn't use the laundry I know the trash cans hardly were emptied outside, the was trash, cigarette butts all over the parking lot, in the grass, in the flower beds, liquor bottles, sketchy people, people beating on their dog, room was clean and I kept it clean, took out my trash.

Some staff were nice, some were not. The toilet was broken and kept flooding the bathroom, no one showed up to fix it. Couldn't enjoy the pool because of the unsupervised children each day and night.

My room was non smoking but it smelled so bad of smoke and now all of my belongings stink from being in the room for a few days. Other than that it was a great deal for the price.

My toilet kept flooding and there were roaches crawling on me when i was trying to sleep. The toilet is so disgusting, i really did not want to use it but had no choice, I stayed here previously due to the close proximity to my job and the pet friendly policy but after this stay will pay more to stay at a different location, to try my luck

We booked a non smoking room we got a smoke filled room taking a shower in a dirty tub which only has burning hot water bed linen had cigarette holes in the comforter and blood on it towels provided were brown we asked for another room they said there wasn't any and we couldn't get a refund we had to go to Walmart and buy our own bed linen and towels the floor was filthy it made our towels black and we had to keep spraying the room with air freshener still didn't work we went to wash clothes but in a few hours our clothes smelt like smoke elevator was broken and stair case regaled of urine the whole week terrible don't stay there ever
