We stayed one night on our way from Ohio to Florida. The front desk was helpful in accommodating our request for two rooms side by side.

Made a reservation by Expedia. When I arrived I asked for a first floor room because I handicapped and have trouble with stairs. The clerk said everyone wants first floor. You have a cheap rate from your reservation so it will be ten dollars extra CASH for first floor. This seems inappropriate to me to charge extra for people who cannot handle stairs. At least if there is a fee for being handicapped, it should be disclosed in the listing on Expedia

When I make my reservation I make clear the I need a 1 floor, the guy in the counter was rude and say the I need to make the reservation with them not with 3 party, he charge me for my room and I sing the recive, and then he also charge me $10 extra to give me the 1 floor but never told me he was going to do it, I new bc he also charge to the other person $10 for the 1 floor. I was sure the when I made the reservation and explained my need accordingly with my help I get it, but I was charged xtra bc I have a back problem and need 1 floor, it’s ridiculous

I didn't like the manager's attitude toward me in a recentful way. Also there were no smoke detectors in our room #215.I would not recommend econo lodge. Econo lodge ain't what it use to be. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Price reflects condition. Staff friendly. I have stayed 3 different nights this month, felt safe and was comfortable. Perfect for anyone on a budget
