Good hotel, very clean.

Very clean, convenient location, and helpful staff

The room was big and clean with everything I needed, including a coffee maker. It was quiet and had a very comfortable big bed. I slept very well. It had a good location with plenty of parking and the man on reception was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. However I would book in advance, I did and it was much cheaper than my friend who just turned up out of the blue…

The staff is amazing and very helpful, got an extra 30 min checkout, the rooms are super clean and nicely organized!

Room was clean but poorly maintained. The caulking around the trim and tub in the bathroom is all cracked and would be impossible to clean properly Late evening the heating unit started rattling which eventually got to a loud banging that was so bad we had to turn it off completely. Air temperature in Madras dropped to 28 degrees. We talked to the manager about the issue who told us we should have notified the office when it happened...2:30 AM! We were tired from a day on the road and leaving for the balance of our trip early in the morning so rather than changing rooms...if that was even an option, did not appeal to us so we managed. The motel is full of temporary workers so the parking lot is very busy at 6am with everyone loading into vans and heavy vehicles leaving for the day's labors. I would avoid this property at all cost. We chose it because of the location and price, a mistake we won't make again. I have a video that I am unable to upload to the review.

Rooms are dark & dirty. Entry into rooms is a hassle. Towels are small & ragged. Will never stay here again.

Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night on the road.

Room had dirty walls, black long hair in our "clean" bed and same in the shower. The people in the other room were loud and up late. The pool was down. Lots of open rooms and they put us next to the rooms people were living in full time. Cracked walls it was so ghetto

Spacious clean room, good fridge, adjustable heat, black-out curtains super helpful because of the light from the parking area.
