Brit was amazing when welcoming us to the Oakland Cottage. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The cottage as well as the room was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well as the cookies we received upon arrival. I definitely would stay here again.

Jim and Erica were amazing. This is such a beautiful property and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from downtown Asheville and from Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

This was a cozy little Bed and Breakfast that just felt like home. We really loved everything about staying here, from the coziness of the rooms, to the breakfasts, to even the way the floorboards creaked because the house was old. Just our ideal place to stay.
