Love the hotel
Every year I stay at this hotel.
Trip to Milwaukee area
Enjoyed the nice quiet stay at Comfort Inn.
Pool was broken, room smelled awful, don’t answer phone.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Tried calling for days before our reservation to confirm a few details. They didn’t answer the phone one time. Showed up and the pool was broken (whole reason we booked the hotel) Breakfast was sparse and underwhelming. I would not stay here again.
Not Good
Assigned room wasn’t cleaned. Had to wait a LONG time for clerk to return to desk. Then had to wait LONG for another room which had no shower curtain. At breakfast, dirty areas. Dried on spilled milk, etc. Don’t recommend at all.

The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean, staff are helpful and the location of the hotel is near the highway and 5-mins drive to Outlet Mall and restaurant and fast food.

We were there for a quick overnight so didn’t get any time to check out the entire property but our room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and very large. Quick check in/out process. Breakfast was as adequate.

The hotel was run down the the property could have been maintained better. Could use some upgrades. The gym could also use some upgrades. Pool area seems fun for children but at the time of my stay the hot tub was not working.

The staff was very nice.The room was clean. Parking was good.I do feel the couches need to be updated. I did not have breakfast. I had to leave early.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t very clean and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Thankfully our room felt fairly clean. We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning..
