Met basic needs.

Stayed one night during our move to Tennessee, pet friendly and clean. A nice place to stay.

Room outdated old brown carpet all over made it dark and gloomy. Paint chipped. Worse part was the shower pressure was awful. I tried to get a room change but got the run around. They finally sent the “manager” who came to try and fix it ran the water and said it was ok that even he had low pressure at his home. I showed him the shower head he said it was fine that’s it. Then I showed him the condition of the bathroom mold and stains and he said nothing. Honestly for a chain hotel this was really a poor representation. I was told the manager would contact me and he did not. Honestly even the breakfast was one of the poorest conditions I’ve seen in a chain hotel. Dried up sausage and scrambled egg no other real options besides waffles. Would not recommend if you are looking to relax or enjoy a stay in the area. This is my second stay here and this was far worse. Just poor customer service and attention to customer care or comfort of their customers. Felt like Just a money grab when people are in a pinch.

Suite looked nothing like photos, no hot tub, staff was friendly tho.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures on line. Very disappointed.
