Front desk was very helpful Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable TV wasn’t working, no one we talked to couldn’t speak English. A young man came in and tried to get it working., very little English, but tried his hardest. Very appreciative of his help and smile. Breakfast very good.

Clean, cordial employees, good breakfast (eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee and tea, bread, muffins, bagels).

Clean room,nice hot shower. Not using the pools as we stay for transit.

I rented a pool room and they never told me the pool was out of service and they took my money anyways. They did not give me a refund even though I don’t stay

Clean rooms friendly staff and plentiful breakfast

Breakfast was good. They kept it well stocked and didn't run out of things (or stop putting them out) when it got close to the end time. Room itself, overall, was fine. Asked for a top floor room, so it'd be quiet and was next door to a VERY loud family with small kids and across the hall from someone with a dog! Stayed for 3 days & it never got better. Was going to ask to be moved, but figured I wouldn't have much luck if I did, given that I'd asked at check-in for a quiet location. Outer door lock didn't function properly, so I had to go all the way around to enter the building and get to my room, rather than access it right through the outer door near my room. Signage that said they'd only service your room if you asked them by a certain time each day (regardless of how many days you stayed), was so small I didn't even see it until my second day there! Overall, I expected more, especially given the price point.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel could use a refresh snd the AC unit was very loud but the room was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual, the green chili stew was a nice add snd was pretty tasty.

Terrible conditions hotel needs a remodeling urgently, we had first a room very dirt full of hairs in the bed, disgusting!! They offer another room but the key did not Open and then they offer a third room finally we stay in that One (3 rooms) all with terrible problems with the keys to open the doors. Finally we stay two days and they did not clean the room or give us clean towels. We never going to come back to this hotel

Rooms were not clean but staff was courteous and helpful.
