Great location. Easy on/off to I-49. Room was very clean. Great to have a microwave & a frig! We were in town for a funeral and I needed a bed for an additional family member. There were no cots so we had to pay for an additional room. The price is super reasonable though.

The room was not properly prepared for guests. There was an ozone machine left running inside without any warning from staff, and after entering the room we experienced coughing and difficulty breathing from the exposure. The room also did not feel clean there was human hair on the bed and the bedding appeared poorly maintained, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably and decided to leave. This experience was disappointing and concerning from a safety and cleanliness standpoint.

The floor was sticky. The sheets had holes in them. The towels were so thin you could almost see through them. The water faucet barely worked. The mattress was so hard you may as well just sleep on the floor. There is no elevator. The pool is closed and looks like it may have been closed for quite some time even though it says temporary. The breakfast was awful. Stale biscuits and gravy. The juice tasted spoiled and was very watered down. Overall, this place is run down and barely maintained. If there was any other hotel close, I would have gone there. Unfortunately, there is not in Anderson.

The refrigerator was being defrosted and there was a trash can and towels in it to catch the water. They offered a different room but we were in late at midnight and exhausted from a drive that involved 2 tornado warnings. Shame on us for not doing more research. Individually owned and simply does not understand the importance of the hospitality industry.

Ac didn't work, no hot water, remote to TV barely worked.

This place is a great value. It is clean and QUIET! The front desk staff is very friendly, too.
