Very clean room, love the room and very friendly staff.

Reviews we checked rated this hotel much better than what we experienced. Hotel is sorely in need of renovations. Too many items to list. Stayed there four nights as there were no other options. The only bright spot was Shane who handled front desk duties from about 10 pm to five am and one maid who service our room.

The hotel needs carpet, paint, doors, landscaping, outdoor lighting, showers and lobby furniture to all be updated. The staff were all very nice and helpful to my wife and me. The food was average but the staff worked hard to keep it all fresh and available even though they were usually working the front desk as well as the kitchen/dining area. The staff made the stay far better than average.

Absolute trash location. Not well kept, staff doesn’t clean room at all

It’s a good location: quiet and safe. But when you walk in the doors, you’re immediately smelling moth balls. The elevator worked fine but needing repairs to the floor. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. The lock on my door decided it didn’t want to work half the time. One time I counted swiping my key 31 times before it worked. The beds weren’t uncomfortable so that was good. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.

Good location, quiet and very comfortable room

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The hotel was clean.

I booked because there is a fitness center listed in the hotel profile. Turns out there is not one at all. The room was rather dirty. The carpet has been worn completely down in many areas all over the hotel. The hallways smelled of old carpet. The breakfast was very lacking, honestly i didnt even attempt to eat at all, it was that unappealing. The eggs were dry, sausage was as expected in a hotel breakfast, and biscuits were dry as well. All the food was almost out and needed to be restocked after breakfast had only been served for 30 minutes. A while later when i checked, the same dry food was in the same place and had not been replenished at all. The juice machine was always empty with an out of order sign on it. I was there for 5 days and this was the case every day. The microwave was coated in what appeared to be dried milk. The coffee maker was full of dust, The bedspread had holes in it. The sink had a small leak. Bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. Hot and cold water in the shower were piped in backwards. Honestly, i think if this hotel had a complete refurbishment then it would be fine. It just appears that noone cares to make the effort to do so. I don't hold the staff accountable for this, Honestly it appears that they might not be rewarded for caring, so why care.
