Very terrible and staff

My room was clean and good enough for my one day getaway. A/C worked great, just seconds away from food (literally across the street). Enjoyed my me time.

Sheets had stains. Bed was rather hard. No extra roll of TP and the one provided only had 1/4 of TP left on it. AC worked well.

1st day face sink water was back up not drying, cleaning lady was nice she attemt to fix the issue second day same problem occur , went to the office so call manager said he would send someone, no1 show up, went to him again he said he thought it was fix , show mo concern to call or stop to see the matter , 3rd i had to go to office for him to come and use plunger to try fix it, he started to plunge it , i notice the water start splashes up i had to stop him n go cover up my wife's facial things she uses realizing this manger didn't concern about the dirty water and the bad smell that he encounters that was disgusting to him wasn't a concern to us to get us out the room while we were in the room as well inhaling the off full sent,. Kill big spider , room is filthy towels are stain,, HOTEL NEED TO BE REMODEL FOR THE PRICES BEING CHARGE,.. AND HAVE MORE THAN 1 CLENING LADY , WHERE HER WORK IS NOT OVERWHELMING..

Room had cobwebs all along the window, the door had a gap I could stick my finger through, lock was loose, I had to prop a chair against to full close it, toilet seat almost fell off, fixed myself, stained pillows. Not a good experience.

Very courteous and helpful

It's pretty cheap to stay here, but there's a reason for that. It was fine for a quick overnight for us with a pet. I was charged more for the pet fee (when I paid in cash at the window at night) & I was too tired to argue. It was $12 more than the sign posted on the window said. Breakfast was just about non-existent. Orange juice didn't work, there were a few muffins, a toaster but no bread or bagels, a waffle maker that did not work, a few yogurts and corn flakes/fruit loops. That's it. Incredibly disappointing. Our room door did not stay locked. It would pop open randomly, so we had to keep the latch over it at all times just in case. Clean enough, but dusty, maybe not used much?

It was a good value and where I needed it to be.

This property was poorly maintained. The furniture was in poor condition and towels, bedding ands linens were all stained. I would not recommend.
