Staff needs to explain check-in and check-out times, breakfast times and availability. People are people and should not be rushed like cattle.
Rooms need updating a d electrical outlets should ALL be in working order. Checking and preventative maintenance should be paramount. Remove the pool from site as it's been cemented over. Noisy A/C units too.

Bed was not comfortable and linen needed to be updated. They took flat pillows and folded them in half and put pillow cases on them, not comfortable at all.
