Our two three stay was very comfortable and positive. Everything in our room was clean and we had no issues with any of the utilities. Definitely will book again in the future.

Arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive. Was checked in by the nice lady at the desk, and we went to our room. We heard another customer complaining about bed bugs so we went to investigate our room. No bugs but we found yellow stains and hair on the sheets, filthy walls and stained pillows and comforters. The room smelled like smoke and my son has asthma so there was no way we were staying. We returned to the desk and waited but the lady was helping the bedbug room and no one was at the desk. After 25 minutes, we left the keys and a note and bailed. Due to a HS football camp in town, we got the only available room which was twice as much as this hotel. But, it was 1:30 a.m. and we had to get some sleep. While checking into the new hotel, the nice lady called and apologized. She said she was so sorry but could not refund our money since I had used Expedia. She told me to call them and ask for a refund and apologized again. I felt bad bc she's not the manager and not in charge of keeping the rooms clean or buying new sheets! Anyway, I just got off the phone with Expedia and they did refund my $ after calling and verifying our situation with her. They also gave me extra points for the inconvenience. It's a shame because it's very close to the college campus we were going to and looks very cute from the outside, but do not let it fool you! I hope the night time manager is able to find a job at a reputable hotel because she was only good part of this whole interaction. BEWARE!

Clean and modern room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here. People are living in some of the rooms. People were running around the property all night long. People were sitting outside one room talking loud all night. They pile junk/crap behind the buildings. Rooms were dirty- walls and doors need washing bad. Dirt piled in corners. At check-in, guy was completely rude, acted like we didn't have a reservation and it took a couple minutes to find my confirmation number, without it, he wasn't going to allow us to stay. We should have left. At least the shower was clean and hot.

We booked last minute on a whim….we were greeted by the friendliest staff! That makes such a difference 😊. He was so attentive and friendly and happy! The rooms have been remodeled and were clean, air worked great! It was pleasant m, no complaints!
