No one was there running the property. You call them and then they show up. Room I booked was a suite. They have no suites even thought there sign says quality inn & sweets. There was a guy with a shopping cart going around trying to get things. I think he was homeless. Check in was at 3 we arrived at 4:30. It was not ready. AC falling apartment. Stains in tub. Etc.

If you want a cheap hotel, near the music park, this is a good option. Don't expect spotless, or top of the line appliances. If you will be using the room to sleep and recoup

There were several stray cats outside of my room (dumpster was near by). The cats were fighting and howling through the night. Room and staff were great but tkose cats were horrible.

Older hotel. No tissues in the container. Bagels at breakfast were too hard to eat. Would probably not go back.

The breakfast consisted of dried eggs on the bottom of the pan and nothing to put on my plate. The sausages were lukewarm. I did have a wonderful cup of coffee. Nice choice in coffee brand. The bathroom smelled like urine. The mattress was comfortable and we loved the quiet heater in the room.
