The floor in our room was very dirty.
Could have cleaner.
Pool was not open. Place was dirty. Floor needed to be mopped. Roof was off, outside of our window.

Remodeled room had the smoke detector disconnected, fire alarm was painted over. Baseboard was missing in bathroom. Breakfast was poor. Returned after day out and the room smelledlike a skunk. Was told they could do nothing and they had no other rooms. We asked for ourmoney back for that night and they refused.

Bed was awful, it sounded like the base was broken and was super hard. They never came to change our towels or do any room service, we took out our own trash to one of the trash cans in the hallway and had to go ask for fresh towels and wash cloths
