The tv froze up a few times and the outlets in the room had a lot wiggle so we had a hard time keeping our charger in the wall. Nice clean small hotel. Good for the money. The ac worked great and the room was clean!

Really nice cheap hotel. Clean, comfortable, well maintained. There is a wheelchair ramp if you have mobility issues. There's a little fenced back yard on the creek with picnic tables and a grill- good area to let your dog out. It's minutes from stores/restaurants and close to local parks, downtown, and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was not like described or depicted. It is described as non-smoking. When walking into the common area to go to the room it was not ventilated well and smelled heavily of smoke. The towels were old and stained. The staff was very nice and the AC to the room was excellent.

I have stayed at this place many times over the years as well as a few others close by. Hands down better dollar for dollar value, hassle free lodging.

There is both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, which were helpful.
The air conditioner cooled well once I could get it on the desired temp. The temps kept going up and down when I was trying to set it, so it was quite frustrating.
There were pieces of what appeared to be dirt on the sheet on my bed, and the carpet was not well-vacuumed. The beds and pillows themselves were very comfortable.
This was an accessible room because one of us is in a wheelchair. However, the "tightness" of the room made it very hard to move a wheelchair around. We did appreciate the safety bars in the bathroom.
