At check in the third shift staff negotiated a rate with me. At checkout the assistant manager added fees. When challenged about this she stated that the third shift staff did not have the authority to make that rate. Was I to have known that? The toilet did not flush, however there was a plunger available next to the toilet, there was no shower liner only the decorative, absorbent cloth liner and the Internet did not work in my room, only in the lobby. DEFINITELY not worth the price.
